You Are The Creator
Jun 03, 2019
There are times it catches my breath.
The fact that the whole world ‘out there’ is created and projected by me.
When I say ‘created by me’ I'm not saying that I created the tree I am looking at right now.
I'm saying that the tree is raw data, picked up by me through me senses and moulded into ‘tree’ inside my mind.
I use a tree as an example because it is a beautiful but fairly neutral thing to make the following point.
If I create a my version of a ‘tree over there’ inside me it must follow that how I feel about the tree is also created inside me.
The tree itself has no power to make me feel anything.
Does this make sense to you?
If not, re read the above until you ‘get it’.
If the above is true (and it must be) then it follows that there is nothing out there that can make you feel anything inside you.
Everything ‘out there’ is neutral.
Everything ‘out there’ is data.
You are the one who gives it meaning.
You are projecting the movie of your life and then blaming how you feel on the movie.
A movie can't make you feel anything.
You are the one who feels the movie you and you alone are creating.
Yes it seems like other people/circumstances/the past/the future can make you feel things but in reality they can't
Because YOU are the creator.
Take care with what you choose to create.
